What are the top ranked leagues ?

Having seen the teams in the Big East play this year, it is a very impressive group . where do we fit with the supposed top leagues ?

As of January 18, we were ranked third as a league, behind the Big 12 and the ACC. I wonder if that changed now. Here's the January 18 rankings:
