Weird especially when Stith is the only player around for both wins.
 
I will be in attendance supporting SJU.  I'm a little suprised it is sold out considering it is a 16K+ seat arena for basketball. If there is a good amount of SJU fans at the game I will be very surprised considering the games at MSG have been mostly empty and the games at Carnesecca only seem to be crowded when the university gives out free tix to large groups.

Hopefully SJU could continue to stir up the Big East and pull out a W today to end 2011 (which has been a very good year for SJU hoops and exceeded expectations) on a high note.
 
 In recent years, UCONN has been selling out the XL Center for the larger OOC games (Tennessee, IU, LSU, UNC)...and the Pitt/Cuse type games...I guess this means this is a BIG game!!!! About to leave for a pre-game brew downtown...
 
I dont like UCONN, or its fans or its coach. A happy new year would begin with a UCONN loss today :)

 Will be a tough game with our youth and lack of height and depth. Regardless, the fact it's sold out means that we're getting noticed a lot more than in the past, the real fun starts next season with a healthy Lavin and full roster hopefully.
