UConn/Colorado is a 3:30pm tip off.
Watched the game yesterday, UConn looked pretty poor defensively. One game but don’t appear to have the foot speed they have had to pressure or push the ball as in previous years.
Impressed by Memphis’ willingness to look for and make a fair amount of mid-range jumpers. Had a nice blend of sharing the ball and one on one play while taking very few bad shots.

Creighton ewww. Honestly we may be the second best team in conference. Sprinkled a bit on UConn -15.5 seems like a bargain, will be motivated after yesterday.

Isaacs was always a weird fit, and their shooting doesn't seem to be there. I always thought Ashworth was way overrated, starting from last year. Know he's not playing today but I don't know how much he makes a difference. I wonder what's going on with Mike Miller's son, Mason.

I definitely think Marquette is the class of the Big East. Us, UConn, and Xavier (in no order) are that next tier with Creighton now probably slightly below that.

San Diego State doing the same defensive scheme that Nebraska did against Creighton - fronting Kalkbrenner with exaggerated help over the top to deny an entry pass. Creighton is going to have to shoot teams out of this or McDermott has to figure out other ways to combat this.

I think they're in trouble this year
