I like my role players as upperclassmen, ergo my opinion. I also can see Trimble making a meaningful contribution as a jr and sr. Additionally, I prefer to see 8 very good players sharing minutes than 10 ok players doing the same. Looks like there's a chance for the former if, as you say, the cards fall in to place. I understand entirely why we shouldn't expect that but hope springs eternal.[/quote]
This team will have the deepest backcourt in recent memory. I see Trimble as a 3 point specialist when in the game. With Ponds, Dixon, Simon, Williams and Trimble our 1 and 2 spots are set. The only ? Mark is will Keita be enough up front against competition with true talented centers.
