Tiny leaves Seton Hall

Considering Willards potential lifespan as a coach at the Hall Tiny is better off going back and keeping the pension

It's like getting off the Titanic before it sinks
Probably a wise move on Tiny's part
Maybe he saw the handwriting on the wall

Everybody is doom and glooming the hall and willard while they're poised for a climb up the ladder this season. They've got the returning freshman of the year, the returning pre-season rookie of the year and a nice supporting cast, I'm not looking forward to playing them this season.

To avoid the recruiting violation charges.

It'd be better to get fired over them and still get paid the remainder of his contract rather than walk away unpaid. And I can't imagine Tiny doing favors for anyone, much less ones that involve money.

Shocking: :)

@CNG_Staszewski: Lincoln AD Renan Ebeid said Dwayne "Tiny" Morton interviewed to regain for his former coaching job. No official announcement on position yet

I Googled Pretlow after your last post, and learned he is not a district employee. I know other coaches elsewhere have been bumped when district/school employees have wanted a coaching job over non-employees, so Tiny was never going to have any issue stealing his job back.

Shocked he wasn't quoted as saying, "I don't know anything about that. I'm trying to find that out myself." But maybe he only says that when he's stealing players from other schools.

Pretlow was not the official Head Coach last year... i do not believe that he has his teaching certificate so they had someone listed as the official coach and Pretlow did the day to day coaching.

All salaries and job titles of municipal employees in the State of NY are public information.

During 2014 Kenneth H, Pretlow was employed as a "F/T School Aide" and received an hourly wage of $14/hour
