Ticket Exchange 24-25

Alumni Hall for all you did for the school you should get tickets airfare and hotel on the arm.
🤣🤣🤣 I don’t like to bother SJU as they always took great care of myself and my family for 39 years! the allocation to SJU for the Providence round was 400 tickets total…it goes up to 800 maybe since 4 teams lose, notm100% sure how that works. Hoping to get a comp ticket in SF from the team dr or trainer for the regionals!

Ticket office operating at a snails pace per usual. If I don’t hear tomorrow will just buy myself. Ticket prices are pretty steady so doesn’t matter but they always drive me insane.

I have 3 tickets to the first Johnnies game in providence in section 111, row GG (4th row I believe). I can’t make it until the weekend so will sell them to a Johnnies fan for well below market. $900 for all 3 (but you must promise not to resell and cheer like a maniac).

Please let me know today if someone wants them, otherwise I have to go to StubHub to recoup the $$$ I paid for these.
Still have them? I only need 2 though

What section is the bench facing/behind?

Still looking for two. Prices gone down a little bit but not as much as I would've wanted this morning. Friend has a $225 budget

Just spoke w ticket office - NCAA Providence ticket notice to those that filled out the application will take place "this afternoon." I asked for a further clarification on timing but they did not know.
Thanks for the follow up was about the call them

Was told the same and that you would find out either way whether or not you got tickets.

I did not make the cut directly through the school, but should have one for Thursday and two for Saturday from another avenue. Will just need to get another two for Saturday and my kids will have to sit far away from me :)
Yeah didn’t make the cut either. Just purchased in section 211.

hotel prices in town are crazy right now and the ones at Warwick airport are almost all gone!
airfare to Prov are crazy too...Delta ATL to Prov over $900 Southwest Nashville to Prov over $700

might sit this one out and go to San Francisco
Fly to BDL or BOS and rent a car. I'm staying 20 minutes from downtown and the hotel price is less than half of downtown.

I’m in Lexington (3.5 hr drive) the lineup here includes Auburn, Tennessee, Louisville, UCLA and Creighton. Staying 7 minutes from Rupp, three nights- $324 total bill at the Hyatt. Ticket prices are much lower. $125 for lower bowl for the Auburn and Louisville/Creighton day session, and get this…$42 for lower bowl for the evening session.
I am leaving after the VOLS game and head out to a restaurant to watch the Johnnies for their 945pm tip.

Definitely not northeast prices! Hope that we get to SF for you too see them there!

It's funny that the fans complaining about high prices for garden and CA games have disappeared and the demand vs supply is off the charts for expensive post season tix, even in the after market. I often felt BET all session tickets weren't worth it, especially since even going to the semis was a rarity. This year was a great experience, even at close to $1000 for tix in the 100s.

I guess the chief complaint wasn't really prices. It was value. I always felt are tickets were mostly a good value, but I understand why folks didn
t want to pay $60-80 for a mediocre sju team at garden. This season, at $1300 for 20 games or so, was a huge bargain.

I saw folks on this board complaining that they cannot afford a month of Peacock who listened to game one on the “radio.” That’s less then ten dollars a month.

So I would say financial situations and value judgements still clearly vary.
