Obviously, Mustapha wants to jump to the NBA. While current buzz still points that way, not to be mean--so far, i don't think NBA teams have him on their 1st or 2nd round Boards.
So, the question is, would he opt to go pro overseas, or return for his senior year to give it one final regular try to play himself into the NBA's cross hairs?
I don't know the answer, but he 'could' return.
I'm not sure he'd go in a 3 round draft this year at this point. No disrespect intended. For guys like Heron, teams want finished products. He came into the season needing to show that he can create, but he hasn't done that at all. He has become very predictable and those charges are unacceptable for NBA teams. The silly fouls too are a bad look. And his stats aren't great.
He needs another year. I think he could be a late first rounder if he fixes some flaws and shows he can be the man.
The NBA is not kind to players that don't possess freakish physical attributes that try to make the league from avenues other than college.
There is plenty of time to impress though, and he is very fortunate the roles now allow him to hire an agent and go through a very detailed process.
As predictable going towards the basket as WASJU wiggling out of old bad takes
