Syracuse

Jeez I hate them.

My dream is for Cuse to go undefeated into the tournament, be matched up and meet st johns in their second game in the tournament and lose to us
That would be so beauuuuuuuuuuuutiful

well it better be a blowout because if it's close Tyler Ennis will win it.

Ennis is unreal. They have been in a ton of close game unlike the last few years.

Ennis is one of steadiest freshman PGS I have ever seen. His assist to TO ratio is off the charts. No "first year wall" for him. Man, Canada turns out some well schooled players.

Amen to your last comment, we work hard at it. I am trying my best with 2 more point guards. :)

As Raf would say - Ennis has "Onions".

This Cuse team is not a typical one in the fact that their average points per game isn't as high as usual, but they are getting the job done.

Do you think he is one and done?

I would say he has played himself into a position to be a mid first rounder. His maturity and family support system also make him a low risk kid and likely long term success in NBA.

On the broadcast last night they said possible lottery pick. He went from not even being drafted to lottery pick.. That is crazy. Kid is GOOD

As much as I hated to see Ennis hit that shot, it does help our SOS if Cuse keeps winning. Plus Ennis seems like a really good kid with a ton of composure, which is hard to find in most players.

Ennis is now listed at 10 on one of the draft sites, he has played well above his years. He should have a lengthy NBA career. The intangibles that he possesses can't be taught.
On another note. read where Boeheim stated that Tyler should return to Syracuse for another year to work on his shot and get stronger. Sure sounds a little self serving to me. How do you tell a young man to put off his dream and around 10 million dollars to return to Syracuse and play for free, smh. After seeing what happened to McGary and Smart this year, I will never question anyone leaving school if they are definitely a high 1st round pick.

As good as Ennis is, and he is obviously very good, he is a throwback and really does not fit the current mold of NBA scoring point guards. Money wise, a complete no-brainer, I agree with you; basketball wise I am not sure his game translates to the NBA as clearly as it does to college. Even in last night's game, he looked pretty bad on several of his "takes" to the basket. Self serving to Boeheim, sure, but I also think he is right.

Just recently watched the full Lenny Cooke documentary. Never been a fan of Boeheim and the program is despicably corrupt to the core, but regardless In my opinion, it is definitely worth questioning even if you get a few million in the first round. A fool and his money are soon parted and there is no substitute for experience and maturity. Besides that, the difference between # 1, 2 or 3 and number 10 is major. Just ask Mike Jarvis...

I can't believe how clutch this kid is. This graphic BLEW me away. The kind of closer EVERY coach in America, at any level, wishes they had. Another reason why Cuse hasn't lost yet.

He and CJ Fair are the reason we lost to the Cuse. Dynamite down the stretch. Same thing last night against Pitt.
Pitt has now blown 2 games down the stretch against Cuse this year including winning by 6 at home last night
with 1:48 left. Wonder how the fans on this site would treat Jamie Dixon for that loss.
