STJ in NBA Summer League

Burrell gave a shoutout on Facebook to Evans, DJ, Paris, Moe and Hardy wishing them all luck with NBA Summer League. 6 logos were attached. We know DJ is CLE, JB is GS, Moe is PHI, and Dwight is MIA. The other two logos were PHX and CHA. So Dunlap must have got someone an invite.

Kind of surprised Brownlee wasn't at least invited somewhere

Hopefully all the guys get together and take a picture. Would be cool to see that.

Thanks for the info. I agree on Brownlee. He's got too much talent to be ignored.
 
 Philly is on NBA network right now (11am start).

Maurice looks a li'l gimpy with the hip, but we already saw how tough he could be with that.

Shows how much different an actual game is vs. the team workouts because we never heard anything about the hip leading up to the draft.

Honestly didnt. With the Moe discussion I figured it was Quincy Miller. My bad.
 
 A ridiculous amount of Norm-era players playing on summer league teams, and just playing basketball professionally in general.. be it in the NBA, D-league, or Europe.

Not sure what that says, but I'm a little shocked.

We will never truly know. Lavin lovers will say he made it happen and no guarantee if Norm was around they would be in same position. Normie will argue the opposite. Before peanuts jumps down my throat for not growing up or living in the past I will drop this. :)

made what happen? there are no hall of famers here...just 12th and 13th guys on a roster if they make it. the big east is a good conference that attracts good players in spite of the coach. you're looking at a list of good players.

Of Norm's guys Eugene Lawrence is playing in Czechoslovakia, Aaron Spears in playing in Canada, Larry Wright is playing in Germany. Ty Edmondson and Quincy Roberts will no doubt join them later this year.

We haven't had many summer league invites in the past is what I meant.
