I thought we did too, but maybe we gave them a nice fat check not to go last year (understandable), or Duke just felt like they didn't need the home game (also understandable).

I would assume Syracuse is back on the schedule next year?

Happy we are scheduling a few good out of conference games at home.
 
Nice. Hope it is for more than two years. Also hope we add another big time program or two as we get better.The likes of UCLA, Kansas, Kentucky, Mich St would be great.
 
Renewal of the series leads me to believe there are certain Jersey kids that Duke is targeting in the next few years and they are making it more convenient for them to come take a look.

I wouldn't necessarily read that into it. Duke plays in the NYC area 2x a year without the St. John's game.

Wouldn't be surprised if he could graduate over the summer, though I dont have any intel on that. He was going to be a first round pick last year, and this year would be borderline (he's been dealing with a bum ankle all year). Jefferson graduates, Kennard, Giles, Tatum all gone to the draft...just don't see him hanging around, even if he's an early second round pick.

Not in any mock draft I have seen. Couple have him going in 2nd round but saw a couple where he was not drafted at all. Maybe borderline NBA prospect as he is not a point guard and at 6-4 and not really a JJ Reddick shooter, so he he is not really an NBA 2. Throw in the fact that he is a nut case and I see him tripping Stephon Marbury in China.

They are desperate to play at MSG any chance they can get to appease their NYC fans. Do you really think they would turn down an opportunity?

They are already playing UCONN there at the Jimmy V Classic.

Maybe Boeheim is thinking they need to play more cupcakes at the dome?
