saw the movie. enjoyed the bunch of SJU references/queens references..
movie had very nice scenery/costumes/dance numbers.
but overall it was a eh.

I thought the movie was fine. Not great, not terrible. There was just enough references to the original movie to make it entertaining. It is a good lazy Sunday, hangover type of movie.

If you went into it expecting it to be even half as good at the original, you were going to be disappointed. But it was fine for what it was.

I went in expecting it to suck, so like you said it was fine versus my expectations.

Family movie night double feature.  No where as good as the original, but it was okay.  Wouldn't been pissed about paying for the tickets if I saw it at a movie theater but would have been disappointed.
