Being a St. John's fan, I of course cannot help but be pessimistic. I have no idea if the rumors about Slice leaving are true or not, but quite honestly, it wouldn't surprise me if they were.

Thought same thing about Lovett transferring rumors and that turned out fine

Wise to pause & see what actually happens.
Since Chris & Slice are close comrades and there is absolutely no hint of a rift, I'm comfortable Slice will be recruiting Til the program gets turned around.

Throw away comment on JJ that was then backed up as a possibility by another poster. Has then gained steam as only bad rumors can. No clarification other than supposedly this is a possibility.

Very strange. He recently said it was a dream job. Then again, Fraschilla said that, too.

Sometimes it's flat-out agonizing to be a St. John's fan.

Just spoke with people in the athletic department who know him well him and they had no clue as to what I was referring to.
However, that should not stop any of us from jumping to conclusions.
By the way he has a great, I said great, contract at SJU. Unless he is getting a head coaching job in a major conference it will be hard to top his package.
SJU went all out to get him.

Sorry, but St. John's fans are restricted to starting bad rumors only. It's in our DNA.
