SJU Portal Targets

How are PG's not banging down our door. By all means I want Lee. He looks tremendous, but I hope others aren't being 'turned away'. (not panicking just surprised PG's have been few and far between)
Matt A has plans B, C, D, E. Guarantee there are PGs who can be lured out to the portal for this amazing opportunity.

It's a world that is going to take some getting used to. Before if we were mentioned with a potential recruit/transfer the head man was a non-factor. NOW, it is Rick Freaking Pitino that others have to contend with

Unless Lee wants the good weather and great college experience in Florida I sure hope he understands that Pitino pretty much developed Clayton to what he became and Florida reaped the benefits of that. And Florida isn’t returning that same kind of roster.
Pretty sure both (or at least one) of Lee’s parents are lawyers. There will be plenty of due diligence done and would be surprised if he didn’t speak with many current/former players from both programs including Clayton. Kid will make best decision for him - no bad decisions here.

Agree. While Rick is an all time great Golden is a fine young coach who is more of an offensive than defensive coach. All depends on what the recruit is looking for.

Illini, USC & Georgia per Zach are making push for Jackson. Like a few guys here have said, it feels like Kadary redux from last year. We’ll see though.
I wonder how many of these situations are going to come down to "Zuby is our captain, we're paying him $X, we cant pay somebody (ie Jackson) more than him without causing problems"?

I would guess this is definitely part of the conversation when it comes down to paying new kids vs. returning players.

Easy answer, give Zuby a performance based incentive bonus to take him higher
