I think that there’s too much concern about who is going to play the point. If Rick goes with a pro style offense, Jackson will be more than able to handle the point. A point guard does not always have to have a pass first mentality, think about Jalen Brunson.

The Drexel pg visiting this week. He played 26 mpg last season. He has two years eligibility left. He can sub for Ian this year, have a great season and then be incumbent next year, all while earning big bucks, in NYC, being trained by Pitino. Sensing Mitchell is other signee. If so, we may be ranked no one pre season.

I admittedly know nothing, but I’m not sure Lewis as a freshman will be appreciably better than the mid-major kids we’re looking at. But, based on what I read, sounds like he’d be a lot more expensive.

Repole is a huge asset for us, but I suspect there is a cap to our NIL funds. For instance, I think Wilcher leaving created space for us to get Mitchell.
