seriously I think that kid deserves not only his own thread, but his own topic on this site. Out-bloody-standing name.

Zack Bruno and Khalil Rhodes are both at St John's camp as well. Starting backcourt for city champion Xaverian HS, Chris Mullin's alma mater

Wow what a name on that one. I will pay for a custom jersey if he comes here and is anything close to decent

Believe he's the great-nephew of former NASCAR standout Dick Trickle. :(
What do you get when you spill a hot beverage you were drinking while nude? Ko fi Cock burn.

Stopped by the Elite Camp for about an hour and a half. Great turnout. A ton of players and some of the biggest grassroots personalities in the city were in attendance. Staff was very active. Mullin circled the gym few times shaking everyones hand and giving seemingly everyone the time of day. All the current players served as coaches of the recruits and Mullin seemed to be having a good time joking around with the players and recruits about that. Mitch Richmond was in attendance. Obviously no Slice. I didn't get there until 6:30 but heard that the first few hours were spent with the staff going through drills with the recruits. I got there just as the games started. Mullin also grabbed the mic and addressed the full crowd of players, basically talking about what they're trying build at SJU and that he and his staff would be tracking every one of them through their HS year(s) and emphasizing that its about finding the right fit for both parties. Thought it was a really nice turnout with a good balance between all HS classes.

Excellent coverage TR and you deserved this note not just a click on the " thanks" button.

Your observations certainly underscore how active CM is with the overall leadership of the program AND how he is true to his word: connecting with HS/ AAU coaches and getting his share of local players. Good move too having current players participate. Such a pleasant occurrence from what Roberts, Jarvis, Lavin could not or would not do.

Even the name: Elite which is what we are shooting for. Brilliant! It's why Chris Mullin came here for, same with his teammate Mitch Richmond. To succeed.

Really in the broad scheme of things, how important is Slice, sitting on the scorer's table, delegating XO duties to a staff member...he's got the program going in a good direction.

AND which college or organization is perfectly clean of rough patches or bad publicity - just look at the current Stanford situation, Rick Pitino, Va Tech tragedy...and so forth.

Thanks again TR! Nice information. Especially since most of us couldn't be there. Too bad there's not a video to watch.
