Question: When was the last time you saw Mitch Richmond?
Brendan: Last April.
Question: Has Mitch worked with any of the players individually since?
Brendan: Mitch Richmond wouldn’t be here if Coach Mullin didn’t think he added any value to the coaching staff.[/quote] lol !!!!!!

I don't think anyone is accusing Coach Mullin of intentionally sabotaging his own staff.

So obviously he feels that way. The issue is results not feelings.

But sometimes people in any business can get blinded by personal feelings in biz. That’s way I always refuse to hire or partner with close friends or clients relatives. You get blinded and you don’t see the full picture. It’s not good for business. But respectfully we go in to this season with same staff which we will then Mullin is either propelled by the staff or he failed. It’s that sinple

And if it comes to it failing as a GM is the same as a coach. This was the last year to bring in new coaches. If you didnt do it by this year you dont get another chance to fix it unless we have great year next year and he wants to build on it. Failure isnt an option after this year
