I think Rick realizes Sim is going to be a solid BE guard who will play off and on the ball a great deal next year. Additionally I think staff will add a solid portal PG type in addition to two bigs.

You can’t assume Cruz will be a PG factor next year considering his absence.

The Cruz injury sounds like a potential career ender, or at minimum, something that will have him either redshirt again next year or return in 2025. No way should he be part of the plans. Sad situation.

Combo guard verification, they will be aggressive in portal for a PG. Wilcher can be fine off the ball, just not the pure PG folks thought. This is one reason UNC aggressively pursued a true PG in Elliott Cadeau this season.
