this is a tough one. For some reason my gut is telling me we keep this one close but I could easily see us getting blown out with whitehead and carrington having huge games
If ccnobz and monte are taking the points I will too if not I'm probably going to lay off this game

Game plan has to include keeping Delgado in check. Can't let him have his way on the offensive boards. I wouldn't mind seeing him get in foul trouble. Perhaps we send Ellison into the basket and see if it happens.
This is a tough team, but since I hate loosing to SHU, I am hoping we have an upset in us.

Thinking our best shot tomorrow is to play a zone and do everything we can to turn this into a three-point shooting contest. Delgado is too strong down low and their guards are more athletic and talented than ours. Their whole team is more experienced. Checking the team stats they shoot 44% from the floor, we shoot just under 40%. We shoot 64% FT's, they shoot 66%. From 3, we are just under 33% and SH is 34%. The three point stripe is our best shot at beating them so we should do everything we can to make that the basis on which the game gets decided. Keep Whitehead and Carrington out of the lane, keep the ball out of Delgado's hands and make them beat us from deep. Maybe they'll miss a few early and start to feel the pressure. Maybe Whitehead will get frustrated and revert to dominating the ball. Ya never know, but first you have to give yourself the best possible shot and that is from downtown. Thoughts?

Terrible matchup for us, because their guards and wings are so much more athletic, quick and skilled than ours. I know that is normally the case, but I see it being magnified here with Whitehead playing so well. Having watched the Hall, they have long stretches where they don't make shots but still put points on the board because of their guards/wings ability to get to the stripe. Only hope is that we make some 3's early and that the Hall decides to live by the 3 point stripe (and don't shoot particularly well).
