Seton Hall with the win in OT. Lets get another win against a team on the NCAA bubble.

J.P. Pelzman‏ @JPPelzman

Kevin Willard says on Big East conference call that Eron Gordon will be backup point guard going forward. Expects him to play Saturday

John Fanta‏ @John_Fanta

We can use all the help we get although no one likes to see players injured .It is always best beating a team with its best players in the game

Hoping we have a good turn out Saturday. I am thinking it would be important, for local recruiting, that we have a home court advantage at MSG against SH

I would expect a crowd of around 9-10K

As an aside, the Garden gave out quite a few tickets to first responders for the Marquette game.

Let's not forget, even though Sanoga is one of their best defensive players, his replacement Nzei scored 10 points in the first game against us.

We've had mixed results on long rest this year: between LIU/PSU and DePaul/SHU; and Cuse/Butler. Not a big sample size but hoping we get the Butler version of this team tomorrow. Think it will probably take around that level of play to win this one.

I think the rest was welcome this time. After last week, we had played more Big East games then anybody else (some caught up, by playing their 12th this week).

Still, that might be a better thing long-term, then it will be tomorrow.

Seton Hall creates tough matchup problems for us
If we can hold our own on the boards and defend reasonably well inside, we'll win
We need Owens, Yakwe and Williams to step up their game today
If not, it could be a long afternoon
WE ARE ................. ST JOHN'S!!
