Season tickets

I can print my tickets out electronically through the red storm sports website.

I (or my father, since they are technically his tickets), took the installment plan re: purchase this year.

Because of that, they won't let you print out the tickets until after the final payment is made, which is one day after the exhibition game.

You can't make this stuff up.

I did the payment plan also. They only blocked the Garden games on my account.

That's all? Surprised they didn't make you put up your first born as collateral.

So I decided to check back with the ticket office today. The young lady who helped me was lovely, however she could not locate my account and told me that she had no record of my name anywhere in their system. I asked her how that was possible considering they charged my CC card the full amount for the tickets. She finally realized that she had 1 letter of my 10 letter last name wrong. After about 20 minutes of being on and off hold, she located my account and said that I should expect my tix over the next few days.

So what you're saying is you had one of the more positive experiences dealing with the St. John's sports department. Sounds like the young lady did about as good a job as you do reading your personal messages.
