Has anybody else NOT received theirs yet?

Because I haven't, and it's less then a week until the exhibition game. So, if everybody else has, then I'm going to start asking questions with the ticket office. If many have not, then I'll just assume they are still on the way.

Arrived 2 weeks ago.
And btw, what's with some of the midweek 6:30 start times at CA? Almost solidifies a half-filled house.

OK, thanks.

I called. Seems like mine got lost in the slush pile. They have them, and will be sending them out.

And, to answer Coaster's question, FS1 is doing a lot of 6:30/8:30 doubleheaders this year. Probably trying to get the jump on ESPN's coverage. It was their call, not SJUs.

Fox is trying to make FS1 into an elite sports channel. They want to takeover ESPN so badly. I think it will work, eventually. The quality of sports coverage on ESPN is atrocious, everything they cover is TMZ/gossip related, don't even get me started on the "Sportscenter AM" show, which focuses on instagram. Can't even get highlights in the morning any more, it's ridiculous.

They should try to get Arod and Pete Rose to be in the studio during Big East games this year. I don't know how much basketball they know (I'm sure Pete usually has money on the games, so he probably watches a lot), and quite frankly, I don't care. Those guys are great, and funny too.

Sounds like they assigned Newman to mail them out.

I called them back. They're going to let me pick them up in person tomorrow. Not taking chances a second time.

I can print my tickets out electronically through the red storm sports website.

I (or my father, since they are technically his tickets), took the installment plan re: purchase this year.

Because of that, they won't let you print out the tickets until after the final payment is made, which is one day after the exhibition game.

You can't make this stuff up.

Yeah, I did the same plan and noticed that the deadline is 11/1 but you can obviously pay ahead of the deadline. Although I do find it strange that I received my tickets already without full payment being sent yet. I assume they can just invalidate the bar codes if I don't come through with the money by the 31st. Or am I giving them too much credit? :) In any event I'm paying the rest tomorrow.

I've got the traditional paper-based tickets but if the system is like last year's you can also print them out and mail them electronically.

I like the tactile sensation of tickets in hand but appreciate the fluidity of being able to transfer them electronically.

Plus the sensation of ripping the ticket up after a 20 point blowout is therapeutic

Often at halftime last year. :)

I did the payment plan also. They only blocked the Garden games on my account.
