The little get together they had with both teams together was telling to that. Was nice to see...hard fought game but fair.

This team has balls!!! plain and simple. Phil was money today, D-Lo and Dom both had the heart of a lion and CO was a workhorse on the D and on the boards!!

You're right on, and happy to see you cited CO. His contribution cannot be overstated. His 16 rebounds, 4 blocks, and defensive presence meant everything, and his staying out of foul trouble and staying on the floor against a team with McCullough and Christmas was absolutely critical to this win. Biggest, most satisfying win in too long a time. Kudos to all, including the staff. (Sure hope recruits were watching.)

Oh, and beating an ACC team made it even sweeter (if possible).

Phil is finally being used in a role that suits him and for which he is very capable...when he is set, he is very dependable from the outside...great stretch run for him

Looking at the score maybe we can leap from Md, WVU or Michigan. Maybe there is a chance but he pollsters never seem to like us or the BE in general. It will be interesting to see how us and SHU are treated this week.
 
This is a fun team to watch this year. It's not the prettiest style of play, but a ton of athleticism and heart. Can't help but really get behind these days. And to think, Jordan hasn't really even gotten it going yet this year.

Probably won't be ranked, but will continue to receive votes. We were around #40 last time in terms of votes. Cuse was 31. A bunch of teams in front of us did lose though. I think we'll be just short.

speaking of saying something nice...I DVR'd the NIT games last week and contrary to what many posters had to say re: Dan Dakich...I thought he was very complimentary of our team and characterized us as fun to watch... I think stuff like that helps recruiting

maybe the 2nd best win after the Pitt game for Lavin here although destroying Duke that year was awesome also but to win as syracuse is huge

I was reading the Cuse boards and liked reading this Cuse fan post about Harrison:
