Roll Call for W. Va. Game

Wish I could go but I'll be working. Tough game, but who knows. Matchup will be rough for us. If we can push Kilicli out of the paint, we might be ok. Kevin Jones is the league MVP right now. Harkless is his counterpart. Should be a fun one. We're in every game this season. This one should be a battle too. Hopefully experience and depth fall short to youthful exuberance tomorrow...

Really wish we could see Harkless and Jones play each other man to man. Harkless would have a real chance to prove himself, although in my opinion he already has proven himself.

Proved himself? All he has proven is that he is a young man with a big upside. While he has shown flashes of greatness, he has also been inconsistent on numerous occasions, and not as assertive as he should be. To say he has already proven himself is a bit premature don't you think?

What I really meant John, was that he has proven himself for a freshmen. And in that case he most certainly has. But if he doesn't improve over his career (he will) than maybe it will be a different story.

We can beat the Mountaineers tonight, providing we keep both Jones and their center (Kilicili - excuse my spelling) from easy putbacks. They are very aggressive, especially the Turk, who is foul prone. If we allow him to get the ball in low he could hurt us with his hook shots. Of course, that would mean we have to prevent Bryant from penetrating the zone. Actually, both Bryant and Jones could outscore our team if we don't come up with some balanced scoring.
I still believe!

Unfortunately, I won't be there tonight. Have a meeting in Boston tomorrow and need to get up there by this afternoon. Will be rooting and following the game on this site.
