Rickey was an amazing lead off hitter and base stealer. Pretty sure every kid in the 80s tried to mimic his batting stance, even if just for fun because no one but Rickey could hit like that. Sad day. RIP Rickey

Best leadoff hitter and stolen base guy of all time. 130 steals in a season!!!! Every walk was a triple. RIP to a one of a kind player and character.

I hate Jimmy Rollins but he does an absolute spot on Rickey stance, swing and HR trot.
About the 2min mark.
At his peak with the A’s he was probably the greatest lead off hitter of all time. Obviously the greatest base stealer. A few of those years a single was a double, then a triple.

Definitely the best lead off hitter of all time. His stolen base record will never be eclipsed. That 99 Mets team he was part of one of my favorite teams.
