Pitino continues to promote the SJU brand, while saving the school money required for a 90 second spot.

He is not solely recruiting basketball players. He is pitching all students to think about attending SJU as a place you can receive a good education and take pride in the basketball program.

Does anyone doubt enrollment applications will increase as does the school’s overall school rankings.

I do not think it is hyperbole to say there has never been this much overall excitement around Union and Utopia since 1985.

Freshman year. I thought it would last forever. Boy was I wrong.

This will easily be the most anticipated season on Union Turnpike since Felipe/Zendon. That never lived up to the hype. This will be better than that by miles. I will enjoy every second of it.

Personally I'll say what everyone wants to say. I'm absolutely furious we cant get a big euro who is projected as 2nd round draft pick next year to come as a walk on

I love the SJ logo honestly. What puzzles me is the complete lack of any fan gear with the current font on jerseys. Or basketball shorts. Hats are lacking too IMO. I’d like to see us get much more creative a few games with alternates too.

Coach is making us all very greedy. . That said, this time last year we were praying for 2-3 star commitments and juco projects. Great times ahead for this program!!!
