I appreciate Rick's bluntness about RJ and think its fair to take it at face value. I've wondered these past few weeks if his frustrations with RJ would boil over at some point and how that would influence roster construction next year. Teammates all seem to like the guy, but also frustrated with his decision making. Rick doesn't seem extremely flustered by him, yet, but its something I'm monitoring

Now that players are being compensated with much more than a scholarship, I have zero problem with the bluntness. Players in this era must have thick skin.
