Providence vs Villanova

Not sure he will be around when they pick at 8 or 9, but Knicks would be very lucky to get Bridges in the draft!

Both teams showing why you have to make those free throws down the stretch . Nova getting every lose ball and rebound . Paschall and Spellman too strong for Friars underneath . Game over .

Next Year Ponds and Simon will be our lethal twins . Clarke can make it a trio . With Help from Owens . Our Core 4 next season .

You may have uncovered ‘the recipe’ SLY. Let’s hope! Need that Big though. Nova’s bulk under the boards proved key down the stretch.

The Tournament (NCAA) is unpredictable. However, I think Big East teams are going to do very well.

I'm not even trying to be biased but this is why I love this conference

Yeah would love for us to be part of that excitement! Sounds like 20,000 fans there were rooting for both teams because it was equally so loud when either team did something good. Don't think we have anything to worry about as far as other big conferences stealing the conference tourney from us at the Garden.

That and another outside threat. (Not asking for much, huh?)

Sounds familiar. It has been extremely disappointing that neither the previous staff or this one has been able to get the Diallo, Spellman, Paschall, Bamba, Govan, Delgado, etc., etc. to be interested in the Johnnies. Hopefully that changes with Kofi Cockburn.

Great game!

So many really good players out there. I will say that, at just 6'7", Alpha Diallo always finds a way to finish in the paint. Kid is a nice sophomore to have on your roster.

Ha. Absolutely not too much to ask for!

Watching VA play the hated Tar Heels. Depressing the ACC Final is in Brooklyn!

Agree with all but Paschall who was not highly recruited like the others mentioned coming out of high school and we had no shot to gauge his interest when he left Fordham as his release from their prohibited him from coming here.

Interest is not the problem as Cockburn has interest. As did Briscoe, Alkins and numerous others. Getting them to commit to us, on campus and in uniform has been the challenge.
