That's one of the cool aspects of this season, that we are playing teams on campus that we haven't played there in forever. In addition to Georgetown, we will be playing UConn and Villanova there as well. Those games are always at the Garden.
I hope UCONN doesn't send a busload of cutout fans.
If they do you know they will be the most obnoxious SOBs in the league and there will probably be a few fights that break out in the stands.
Cutouts w/o teeth and shit faced

I hope that this rare LMF game prediction doesn't jinx it, but I expect an angry St John's team to show up, play hard, and beat Georgetown easily. Wahab is an obstacle in the post, but I think SJU gets the tempo it wants in this game which does not play to Wahab's strengths, and I think they do a better job with him the second time around.

Blair is good, but there isn't anything else around him worth writing home about. Pickett is their Justin Burrell - you think from the skill set that he should be a lot more than he is, but he just isn't. He'll hit a few shots, grab a few rebounds, and he can hurt you if you ignore him, but he's nobody that Earlington or Moore can't manage just fine.

SJU by at least a dozen points.

I expect a win on Sunday. Don't expect Harris and Carey to play like all stars again. Can't ignore Blair's three point shooting. Like to see Roberts battle it out with Wahab. Hopefully we remember Wahab leaving his man to block shots while Moore had easy putbacks. Holding Pickett to 7 points again will also help our Johnnie win.

Gotta believe that Patrick worked on Wahab's issue, but then again if he doesn't move then we get layups assuming we can continue to get to the rim

Agree, Johnnies should win this one.

Maybe a couple of the boys meet them in the parking lot, with paper shredders.

Can’t lose this one guys;

St. John's is a 4.5-point favorite tomorrow over Georgetown.

I can't see any reason a week will make much difference in the outcome from the Dec 13 game.

I expect another hard fought game that will be decided in the last few minutes. Either team could find themselves a few points ahead at the buzzer.

A win would be a nice Christmas gift for St Johns. I sure hope ole St Nick can deliver.

Dear Santa, all I want is a win for the Johnnie's and vaccinations for my entire family. Well, I know one of those wishes won't be granted anytime soon.

Go Johnnie's!

I like the Johnnies -4.5. And while I know bettors are supposed to forget what happened yesterday, but I'm still scarred from Crieighton bet. Think I'll stay away

Yeah we probably won't win a game for a while. :eek:hmy:

In the old days, the team I hated losing to the most was Syracuse. Don't get me wrong, I still hate all things Syracuse including the color orange. But they're in the ACC now.

After Cuse, it was UConn. Hard to separate how much if it was Calhoun (great coach, but a dick), and how much was their buslosds of ignorant, loud, obnoxious, basketball nouveau riche fans.

After UConn got kicked out, it was Georgetown, and still is. I HATE losing to Georgetown. In part because we should almost never lose to them, and yet we do. And mostly because they're Georgetown.

UConn may rise again in the LMF Hate Rankings, but for now - let's stomp the Hated Hoyas.

GT not very good, has short bench and handing them another game like last one won’t happen. Double digit win to lift kids’ spirits seems likely to me.

Creighton beating UConn would be nice too.
