Ok, this is a must win. You could make the argument that we weren't supposed to win the first 3 big east games. This one we have to win.

Yeah because if we lose Sunday then we really may go 0-20

With Blair, Picket, Wahab and the freshman pg, Georgetown is a better team then we are.

I do not see us winning this game.

With your track record, I guess we win. :)

We won't go an entire season with a goose egg.

If you think this team is worst than Mullin's first team then I don't know what to tell you.

This team will win at least 5 games.

Ok, we'll see.

This will be Georgetown’s first visit to Alummi Hall/Carnesecca Arena since 1981 season, prior to Ewing as a player. When Ewing arrived, Big East made us always play them at MSG.

Agree this team is better than Mullin’s first team. Not sure we will win five games. The fact we are having this debate speaks volumes.

With Georgetown’s height, our starting lineup needs to be Posh, Williams, Champagnie, Moore and Roberts. I would even consider starting Dunn over Posh for his on ball defense and experience.

They will IMO beat GT at home, but I may have been too generous thinking they would finish seventh in BE. Repeating last year’s 5 win BE regular season total seems realistic. Not defending smartly may change incrementally but not substantially. Thinking we can pressure & generate turnovers v BE teams enough to compensate for zero post defense and not stopping the ball in general seems folly.

I know I will get bad feedback but I am not high on Posh’s game he does play hard . Feel his Ht hurts him

Only a freshman, needs to shoot better. Bigger concern in today's transfer world will be players you want to build around leaving.

Correct. If he is playing like this next year there will be cause for concern. But hes a freshman and every game is a learning experience for him.

That's one of the cool aspects of this season, that we are playing teams on campus that we haven't played there in forever. In addition to Georgetown, we will be playing UConn and Villanova there as well. Those games are always at the Garden.

I hope UCONN doesn't send a busload of cutout fans.

If they do you know they will be the most obnoxious SOBs in the league and there will probably be a few fights that break out in the stands.
