Tough loss. This probably drop us down to a 13 seed.
Yeah, in the CPI or CIT or whatever the hell the 4th tier postseason tourney is. FTS
Why do we keep putting the ball in his hands in that spot when he has failed every time let Greg Williams get the ball there!!!
Greg Williams has shown that he can't handle the ball either
We have 3 major issues - no PG, no reliable shooter and no capable big man
Until those issues are addressed, things won't get much better
Hopefully, Posh, Cole and Moore are part of the solution
I'm done. Bad coaching by CMA. Poor strategy and preparation. Poor use of timeouts. Dunn trying to do too much again. No answer for big men. Very disappointed.
Anderson flat out was outcoached today. Or, he outsmarted himself.

No, we don't have nearly all the pieces and some of our personnel hoops IQ is low. But this game IMO was on Anderson. There was no reason to lose this game today. None! Georgetown was ready to go back home once we went up by 17. But we decided to give 'em life and they got their second wind once they saw us wilting.

This was horrible! No excuses.

Think we have to calm down,I know it’s painful but it’s not like we did not know we were a last place team. We have to recruit over some of theses players At the beginning of the season I said ,maybe 4 wins in confr think we will be pessed to reach that.but it’s not like the players are not trying thier best Continue to root for them and hope for a surprise unfortunately we must start till next yr to be relevant if that does happen yes the eyes go toward the staff
How do you force up a bad 3 when you’re winning by 3 with less than a minute to go and then, how do you waste the 30-sec shot clock down still up a point with no apparent plan on who’s gonna shoot or what’s even happening? Inexcusable. That’s on the damn coach. Sorry.
Coach seems to still believe we have the ability to run the clock down and get either a good shot at the end of the clock or make a shot as the time runs down.. I have yet to see evidence of that all year.

The Johnnies couldn't contain Yurtseven. He's one heck of a player. 15 rebounds, 4 assists, 13 points.

The Johnnies have to recruit some talented big guys.

Heartbreaking loss for the Johnnies. I don't know if the team can recover. Shaking off a loss this bad is tough. Especially with the frustration of the losses in Jan. You bust your balls and still come up short.
Come on guys. I know how frustrating this loss was. But to put it on CMA is unreasonable. Just look at the difference in players. We are untalented. If McClung played, we’d lose by 20.
Up 17 and then you keep trying to bleed the clock which history has shown this team is bad at. GTown is coming back and your not stopping anyone and you don’t throw out a different look on defense tho throw them off and maybe slow down their momentum? Heron decides to play hero ball with several ill advised shots, do you talk to him.

After blowing a 17 point lead with 16 minutes to go with all that happened is this game, if the Coach doesn’t get some of the blame, when does he?

No, it’s not, I am sorry but we were talented enough to be up 17, to lead Seton Hall by double digits at the half. We are an undisciplined, very poorly coached team. We have no structure in the half court and have NO CLUE what we want to run at winning time. If you run something and it fails, so be it, that is lack of talent. We have a lack of coaching, at least this team does. I will give Anderson time, but I am very disappointed in what I see.

I don't trust Williams' ball handling either.
But could he be any worse?
Actually, yes. I've seen his ball handling enough this season to come to my conclusion.

I hate to sound dramatic but I don’t know if I can recover. I am so sick of the losing. I’m tired of it and I’m getting too old to care this much.

Agreed. More often than not, we end up with a Hail Mary heave at the hoop

Which is painfully ridiculous.

Like I said midway through the second half.... Why not toss a combination of our "supposed" bigs at him the rest of the 2nd half. Size and fresh bodies to make it difficult and, possibly, wear him down? But instead we try to guard him with Earlington, Figueroa and Champagnie. He either gets the look he wants or kick it out to a wide open shooter after we double or sometimes triple team him.

No adjustments and just made it simple for what Georgetown wanted to do.

Instead of trying to get an offensive play we ate the clock and have to throw up a bad shot at the end of the shot clock. The last couple of minutes we were only up 1 or 2 points , had no business using the clock. We do the same thing every time we have a lead , which more often than not allows the opponent back in the game. Very frustrating game. Tough being a SJU fan.

I think part of the problem is that we have no height. Anyone else notice that?
I would've gone with a combo of Roberts, Sears and Steere.

Dunn once again with poor ball handling. He's done that about 4 times this season late in games.

Anderson got outcoached, outsmarted or whatever you wanna call it in today's game. This is the kinda loss that can send the season tail spin. I think I'm done watching this team till possibly the Big East tournament.
Roberts is a freaking mid major player, a stud???????? wtf are you people seeing? He had 2pnts, 3boards, 1blk. Steere never plays. and Sears didn't play today.
Dunn???????????? He does some stupid ass shots, then on the last possession of the game he bribbles it off his knee, are you freaking shitting me? He can go too.
I only want 2 guys back: LJ if he wants back, and Champ 14pnts on 6-10 shooting, 10boards, plus 3 stls.

This wasn't one of the better teams that we blew a f'ing 17pnt lead again, it was again an 0-4 road team in the b.e. with only 6 f'ing players. I'm freaking BURNING UP.

I can't take this crap anymore, every freaking year it's the same crap, WE SUCK.
And I'm done, maybe next year hopefully we have 10 new faces on the team.

I'm so pissed i'm freaking shaking and got pins and needles in my face, so I need to go for a walk and cool off.

To plays and big red, I appreciate your positive outlook, but there is no February run coming with this team.
I salute anyone who sticks with these guys for the rest of this season, and who will continue to be tortured by this years team.
See ya next year.
