I can tell from Mike's posts that he holds you in high esteem on the meteorology front. My thoughts are with you and hope that you recover quickly and besides St. John's having a great season, I wish you a couple of Nor'easter's to keep you busy as well.

he’s the absolute best meteorologist and even better friend. 

heck he was with Kranmars and me before all us 114 guys founded 114 that’s a long time ago ( damn we are getting old . Lol )

I have had the privilege and honor to text with John (and a crazy text group of rabid Johnny fans) and once or twice zoom during these pandemic times. I am so much looking forward to meeting in person. I have learned he is as passionate, well informed and thoughtful a fan as anyone that roots for the Johnnies. Damn good at giving out advice on the weather front too. Genuine, funny and nice and even more than that.

The BrookJersey family will be Stormin' the Gates with Prayers, good thoughts and healing vibes. Very much looking forward to when we can meet and this is all just a bad memory that has been put firmly in the distant rear view mirror.

John is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet.  Prayers for a speedy recovery my friend  :)
 
Only briefly met him at MSG, but in five short minutes it was clear how great of a guy he is.
