I’m beginning to doubt CMA’s ability to coach in game.
 
We do nothing but 5hit the bed to start the season for what feels like the last 50 yrs. Maybe CMA isn't the magic people claim.

Based on what I'm seeing right now (this early season), it's not so much based on recruiting, and I'll leave it right there.

After the 1st half Earlington had, to play him 3 minutes total in the 2nd half and overtime is a fireable offense. Just absolutely clueless by coach anderson. It was criminal and it cost us the game.

Looked that way at pints last year too. Tough loss. But it’s an inexperienced team. Going to have these bumps. Some on here are abs will of course be overreacting as usual.

Same was said for Lavin and Mullin who never learned. Doesn't look much diff here. Same trajectory.
 
Unlike other shaky coaches we have had, I think he can clean this up. But man we have had one solid game coach since Lou (who wasn’t exactly John Wooden either)

It’s the coach’s fault they can’t hold a 7-point lead with 2 and change left? It’s the coach’s fault they miss free throws? It’s the coach’s fault they let up an 0-6 run late in OT? They’re all the same age on the court, save me the “it’s the coach’s fault.”

Maybe but to me not playing Roberts one minute when he’s our best list defender makes less sense.

Beating dead horse but 1-10 in BE play on road a problem. Sloppy effort & should have closed this one out. Creighton up next

Yes.
 
we had the lead with about 1 1/2 minutes.
Cole misses a 2 from the foulline area.
Posh misses a foul shot.
Posh misses a 3.
Cole misses a LOONG 3.
the rest was free throw exchange time. Tough game not to get your star involved.
 
40 min of hell is a cute idea. May work against MAAC teams eventually, though we barely got by those teams still. But will never work in Big East. Sorry. Giving up 60% FG's to teams is not fun and not effective. Stupid gimmick system.

You can rattle off like ten dumb things in last 7 minutes of the game
If team does dumb things it is reflection of coach
My biggest peeve is his substitutions don’t seem to be game dictated but rather predetermined
