Posh Alexander Appreciation Thread

He is the ideal Pitino guard. His shooting numbers will improve with spacing and traditional offensive sets. One thing we saw last year was too much chaos.

Go look at what Taliek Brown shot at UCONN from 3.
In close games gordon took over the point and did the shooting.

There were only 2 games that Posh played in, but did not start. 1/3 vs. Marquette and 2/1 vs. Seton Hall (after missing 2 games with an injury). I would say that the statement that he didn't start in "multiple games" is at best misleading. I would love to have Posh back. I think his shooting woes are mostly mental/confidence and Pitino would change that quickly.

Post your evidenc.

The reference that I found had the following:

There were repeated disciplinary issues and two players — Rafael Pinzon and Andre Curbelo — were suspended this past season.

Last season, point guard Posh Alexander didn’t start multiple games due to disciplinary reasons.

I guess you were not mistaken.

Having Posh back would be great for this team and provide some grit and defense in the backcourt. Personally, would love to see it and think he is a great kid. I go to multiple games a year with my son and Posh happily interacts and signs ALL autograph requests from the young fans during warmups etc.. U can tell a lot about a person when the cameras are not on and they still do the right thing and act like pro.

Posh to the Hall
from what i heard and read thats not a done deal yet. Im thinking NIL money personally is the issue. And no Posh isnt coming back with the guards we have now, honestly i say this as i support Posh, but we dont need him now. That is no disrespect to posh at all .

From A Seton Hall Insider and for all the Monday Morning QB analysts on here who think they know more about building a roster than Rick Pitino.

There was a reason why most players from this year’s team were not asked to come back. It was a dysfunctional family picnic to borrow a phrase from KROCK
