Can someone clarify something - Obviously players that enter the portal are fair game for other schools to contact but players that declare for the draft and don’t hire an agent - are schools allowed to contact them or are they considered still at the schools and it is tampering
and yes I know schools and friends of programs contact commited kids all the time but asking more letter of the law.
