It was the place to be on Saturday night. 33rd and 7th, bright lights in the big city and no one shined brighter than RJ Luis Jr. Behind 30 points and hustle that never stopped, it was an impressive win that continued to speak to the make up of this Red Storm team that is 5-1 to start Big East play and 14-3 on the year.



 
Saturday, at the Villanova game II was impressed to see The Honorable Podcaster SJUDave’s smiling face on the center court scoreboard at MSG.

Dave - really enjoyed this one as it helped to see Coach Mas career more deeply and how he's evolved based on his experiences.

Thank you so much really appreciated Steve giving us a glimpse into his 20 year career so far we are very lucky to have such an experience staff with three head coaches on it. You could hear how meticulous they are… Steve doesn’t give away state secrets but if you read between the lines, you can just tell how detail oriented they are with everything.

Saturday night was more than all-right as St. John's mopped the floor with the Seton Hall Pirates. A place where St. John's hasn't won since 2014, they exercised some Newark demons with a 28 point win. RJ Luis Jr shined, Kadary paid no mind to the boos, Zuby Ejifor did whatever he wanted.
