Pitt game

Moe, invisible since injury. Never like playing a team with a 5 game losing streak. Law of averages have to play out , plus Pitt is better than their record. On to Rutgers Saturday, off their win over SH. 
 
 A third of Pitt's baskets are three's. They are shooting 10-of-19 from distance.

Too bad great games from Greene and Gift were wasted.
 
 Hey, I figured our mini streak would end soon. Let's just move on and beat RU at the RAC. Pitt's hot shooting and Moe injured KA a bad recipe for this depleted team.
 
Greene, D LO, Gift had great games, not our night. Mos injury didnt help. Hope he will be ok for RU.

Not really wasted; look at the confidence these kids have gained. Let's face it, did anyone expect Greene to improve this much.

JofV, I happen to agree with you, nothing is wasted at this point, it is all gravy for the future. PG has been very good of late and this will only build his confidence. Over the last couple of weeks, everyone has had a career high type game. Going forward, the team will have to learn in the future how to make it so all of their positive attributes flow within the game and team. Amir and Dom weren't great today but they have been very good of late. By next year, we are going to start seeing PG's play and Branch get Harrison more looks, Moe more isos to go to the hoop, Amir and Dom in transition, it will all come, right now it just isn't there.
 
 We need. to recruit three starters a shot blocker and a strong deadly outside shooter and and power forward who can rebound,go off the dribble ,play with his back to the basket run, and can shoot . Greene and GG and Amir off the bench getting good mins Then we have a top 10 team

Disagree, no one had a great game because we played no defense and didn't rebound. We tried to win the game on offense and that was a step backwards mentally in my opinion.
 
Just shows how desperate we are for size and depth come next year.

Fatigue and no interior presence just killed us.
