Pee-Wee Lupica

I never liked him. His column writing is better than most form wise, not content wise. He takes pot shots all the time and is one of the least objective writers around.

I hated his high-pitched squeaky voice on Imus back in the day and it is even more irritating now on ESPN radio. It is funny he picked the radio as print media implodes, because he has a voice for a newspaper column.

He's from upstate New York and loves his BC and is an elite effete snob. A nattering nabob of negativity.
 
Not sure what BC has to do with any of this. If his comments weren't true, all this coaching threads would not have so many response.

I do recall Lupica writing about St. John's very positively back in the day. He was especially fond of Bronx Cassidy (Billy Goodwin) and the Flatbush Kid (Chris Mullin).

He has been saying for a long time that St. John's isn't as big as many fans think we are or sure be.. As history shows, we haven't been what we were in the 80's and early 90's.
