Overseas Elite / ESPN / Now

What does everybody think of the Elam ending? Because, I love it. I'd like to see the college game take a leap, and adapt this thing. It totally achieves it's purpose of cutting out automatic fouling at the end of games.

This tournament has less competitive balance then the NBA playoffs.

Haven't watched it yet or heard interviews but you would have to wonder why with the money involved in winning this tournament.

However, it may have been the squad's last night.

Speaking after the win, swingman D.J. Kennedy said he believes Overseas Elite could be done competing in TBT unless the stakes are raised to $5 million.

Maybe they should try to enter the Tiger Woods-Phil Mickelson golf match during Thanksgiving weekend with a 10 million dollar winner take all prize.

I remember getting really excited when we were first mentioned with DJ, and the guy hasn't let me down yet.

I think I remember them saying something similar last year.

I actually like it. at first thought it seems actually really crazy, but it definitely works in 90% of games. You get rid of auto fouling and the winning team running out the clock. I'm not sure I'm ready to endorse it for the college game though. You have to implement it on some trial basis before you would get me to buy into it

If it wasn't for the SJU involvement I would have turned the game off, it was ugly bball. The night before OE were clinical and Fogg was unconscious.

Even though DJ got tourney MVP I thought JB was the best guy on the court last night.

Impressive.

DJ is now 28 yo. I would love to see him get one more shot at making an NBA roster. Hard to believe he is much of a drop off from most benches and he is a really solid defender.

I really enjoyed the last couple of nights. There were some really good players and it doesn’t drag on like an NBA game.
