Sad news I saw this morning on Facebook was that Bill passed away last night.

Thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends. Bill was a great man.

So sad to hear. Had a tough last few years. If memory serves didn't he lose his kids or am I thinking of someone else.

Just saw this on my Facebook feed as well. What a nice man. Truly a loss. RIP Bill..

Damn. Bill was on this site as long as any of us. He was a terrific guy and will definitely be missed.

RIP North Shore.

Damn that's horrible news. He was such a nice guy. He had so many medical problems over the last several years.

RIP Bill. You were a true gentleman

Nah unfortunately that was him.

So sorry to hear the news
Bill was a good friend
We shared many meals and played golf together
RIP, Bill
You will be missed by many people

My thoughts and prayers go out to Bill and his family.

I remember in the earliest days of Redmen.com, "Northshore" went out of his way to welcome this newbie to board. Immediately made me feel like a friend and part of the community. Told me a lot of about the man...

May he rest in peace.

I was afraid to open this thread when a saw the topic heading. The fears were realized. Very sad and horrible news to learn. North Shore goes back a long way on redmen.com as far back as I can remember.

Prayers for Bill's soul and sincere condolences to his family. May he rest in peace in heaven.

Met Bill for the first time in his hospital room in South Florida. True courage in the battles he waged. Rest in peace friend.

Very sad news. Great poster and from what all have said great guy. I know he and his wife had some very difficult times over the years with family and his health, and yet he was always such a positive influence on the boards, he will be missed.
