Raiders @ Texans. No Derek Carr, no W for The Raiders

Dolphins @ Steelers. No Tannehill, no W for for the Fins

Lions @ Seahawks. Stafford has been good but Seattle is a tough place to visit, home win

Giants @ Packers. The Packers are on a roll but I give the G-Men a punchers chance here and they might be the only road team to win this weekend.

I'm not convinced that the Texans can beat anyone in the playoffs with Osweiller at QB

The Texans can beat McGloin. Cook gives them a better chance, so hopefully McGloin stays injured and keeps Del Rio from making a silly decision.

Just like 07.
Went to TB, Dall, then GB, to bad TB is not in this. Giants getting a dominant DEF, like in 07

As a Jet fan, I am really impressed with the Giants this year. They got a really tough matchup but do have a chance.

Can't remember a year with 3 teams from the same conference coming into the playoffs as bad as Oakland, Houston and Miami. Shows how much it's still a QB's game, lose him down the stretch and it's ugly. How Houston survived Osweiler is beyond me.

Seahawks @ Falcons
Texans @ Pats
Steelers @ Chiefs
Pack @ Cowboys

My picks in bold

And that's why Vegas loves me.

It will be:

Steelers @ Pats
Packers @ Falcons

My heart says Pats - Pack Super Bowl but the Falcons looked very good on Sat.

Aaron Bleepin' Rogers was unreal yesterday. That was a great game. His presence of mind to call TO after the sack and what a catch to set up the FG. Best NFL game this season.

Cool story.

"Yankelevitz, 43, and Axelrod, 40, who are lifelong friends from Bayside, New York..."

They surely must be Redmen as well.

As it says later in the article, Yankelevitz went to LB St and played hoops under Seth Greenberg. Interestingly he was also an assistant Mens BB coach to Greenberg at USF. Axelrod's Linkedin indicates he went to Maryland undergrad and NYU grad.

Talking heads were saying we were going to get two good games today after only getting 1 of 4 last weekend-except we didn't. :(

Any chance the Falcons can pull off an upset and save us from months of media fawning over Belichik and Brady?

If the Falcons come with the same intensity they brought against the Seahawks and the Pack, I give them a small chance to pull the upset. Otherwise this one might be all about the commercials...

I certainly hope so as I've had my fill of Brady, Belicheat, and the Patriots. Falcons may have to summon their inner NY Giants to win this Super Bowl.

I think Coleman is the key. I expect them to completely shut down Freeman.
