Back in my day, it was unusual if you met someone from N.J.

In fact, if I met someone from the Garden State, back in the day, I thought he was lost or thought that St. John's was Seton Hall !!

Today, the university has kids, as we all know, from around the U.S.A. as well as a good number of foreign countries.

Think the university does a great job of reaching out to new students and these type of events, such as the one in Philly, are tremendous. Those involved should be applauded.

Good luck to all those from The City of Brotherly Love and everyone else who will be matriculating at St. John's in the next few weeks !!

Funny, I lived off campus with two roomies and one was from NJ. The other kid was on the fencing team and was Polish.
