I have the MSG plan. Multiple tickets. For the game tomorrow, I downloaded the St Johns App on my I-phone and there is a tickets tab at bottom. From there it had all my season tickets and a link to save them in my Apple wallet as mobile tickets to use when i enter the Garden.I have two charges on my card but it looks like they are trying to refund the lowest of the two but that still doesn’t explain why the other one is so high this month. I plan on calling first thing Monday.

Not that I have a personal relationship with her, but glad to send her a message on your behalf if you'd like.I emailed Samantha on 11/10 and never got so much as a reply. Which makes her the same as every single person, including the AD, that I have ever contacted. Forget helping me with issues, I can't even get a phone or e-mail reply. This has gone on for years. And I know SJU has my e-mail address because they ask me for money three times a week. In the meantime, I am going through six months of credit card bills to reconcile what they have done to date. I also still do not have the ability to download tickets onto my phone and I'm sure one day (maybe Saturday!) I will have a problem entering the arena. No response from anyone at SJU about that either.
Also - UBS is selling parking to anyone who buys individual game tickets, so the best parking is selling. As a season ticket holder, I already have tickets and parking was not included so I need to buy parking passes. They are not available on Ticketmaster unless you buy more tickets. When I called Ticketmaster they said I need to contact SJU. When I called SJU I got a machine. If I get a return call it will be a first.
Now, I e-mailed the AD about this in August, and mentioned in my e-mail that parking at UBS is not a great situation and that I believed season ticket holders should have first access. Of course, he never responded. And as best as I can surmise, season ticket holders not only do not have first access they have no access.
What a clown show SJU is. And people question the fans when it comes to attendance? I wonder how many got sick of being crapped on over the years?
