Start being more aware of the obvious and which is being said publicly!
I think you are way off in making assumptions about what coach Pitino says to justify his starting lineups! He doesn't operate that way and doesn't seek player's acquiescence.
It's been a challenge getting the new players accustomed to new roles. Kadary can play three positions and if he is underproductive in any of them then the team will look as crappy as they did against Wagner!

Every successful coach seeks the buy in of their leaders. What a stupid thing to write. Do you really think Kadary Richmond forgot how to play basketball? He could beat anyone on Wagner at will. How would that have made us a better team if he did that for 30 minutes? Smith needs reps running the show, Brady needs looks as a scorer, Sim needs reps doing both, Luis needs to get into full swing...the last player in the country that needs reps might be Kadary Richmond.

He doesn't need to get accustomed to anything. He had 7 beautiful assists and probably a dozen that were gift-wrapped. The only thing he didn't do was take shots. Did you notice at all how easy it was for him once he was needed?

Disagree heartily. Pitino said at his presser he did not start Kadary to give others chance He said he knew what Kadary could do. He said this was last game Kadary would not start. And I am certain he told Kadary that pre game. When Kadary shows he is buying in to team play, powerful message to all. This whole conversation is silly.
