New Basketball Training Facility

It’s not though. You mean the wooden highschool bleachers? And I think the renovations are close to peaked.
Lipstick on a pig. It is still hot, cramped, outdated and with few amenities as it was then.

There will be no new arena on campus anytime soon for numerous reasons that has been written about by many including me on this Site.

The idea is to move most of the games to MSG and only non-league games against lesser competition will be held at CA. Based on our upward predicted trajectory, this is a variable option especially if a true partnership arrangement is made with MSG. This is basically what Georgetown, Seton Hall and Providence do.

Yes and I think the lipstick is all run out. The fact it’s as bad as you and Mike say it is is the point exactly. But if there is an option to play all your games at msg of course it’s a moot one. We’re about to play the most we’ve played in forever and it still leaves 5 of your home games at the worst arena in the conference. Is there an argument otherwise there?

I don’t see us doing both these things:
- Staying as an upper level program capable of competing for deep tourney runs for next 10-20 years.
And
- Playing 1/3 of our home games at the current CA for that whole time period.

If the former happens (🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼), then I don’t see the latter happening. My opinion is all.

Not a fan of it for smaller games, but would the new partnership deal w/ MSG preclude using UBS as alternate to Carnesecca's limited capacity or not worth cost for few more seats?
