NCAA Tourney Games Closed to Public

“This is a pandemic. The NCAA needs to be a responsible global citizen and join the NBA, MLB and others to limit the spread of this through social distancing. That means suspending the NCAA Tournament. Ivy League, Duke, KU and ASU are leading here. The NCAA should follow.“

A number of elite coaches are talking about the NCAA Tournament. There’s a thought that the Sunday’s Selection Show should go forward to celebrate teams who’ve made the field. And, then delay NCAA Tourney indefinitely until’s there’s further information on the virus.

They could only celebrate the teams that get automatic bids by finishing first in their conference, not canceled tournament participant schools. Forget the whole damned thing.
