NCAA Tournament Thread

For my taste the Dance is best sporting event. Kids like Middle Tenn guys don't have to win another game in Tourney They will always have this memory. It will be interesting to see how MTS does against Cuse's 2/3 zone, polar opposite to type of game today IMO.

left work early to go to bar to watch the much state game. That game is everything that is great about this tournament

Loved it !!!! Even though it kind of busted one of my brackets but who cares when you see an upset like that

Exactly, if you care more about your brackets than great basketball experiences that can only happen in the dance then you're not really a college basketball fan.

to be fair the pool was only $20 a sheet. If it was $100 I'd probably feel differently :)

Pac 12 is dreadful this year, about to go 1-5 in Dance if Cal loses to Hawaii. They trail.by 11 late.

On the other hand, once Pitt and ND take care of their B1G 10 rivals tonight the ACC will be 7-0. Ugh.

wisconsin offense so bad I don't even think they would score 70 points on us

Stop me if this sounds familiar, 11 seed Gonzaga against an inexperienced BE tournament team out in the mountains... The seeding of teams this year was a joke. Duke got a 4 seed!? They were way closer to a 6 seed IMO than a 4. Something needs to change about how these things are determined.

Amazing how the NCAA takes care of Gonzaga. Send them eastbound, especially a 11 seed.
Unfortunately I was right thinking Sabonis would dominate, similarly what he did against us. Still picked the Hall to win.

Seton Hall played right into their hands...too many jump shots...they were so much more athletic..should have taken them off dribble all night...once Sabonsi got in foul trouble should have gone right at him...and Wiltjer is a defensive liability (runs like an old lady) that they should have taken advantage of

And Temple-Iowa goes to OT.

Just watched Iowa's game-winning put-back at the buzzer. Feel terrible for Temple: Woodbury blatantly pushed an Owl defender out of the way to grab the rebound and put it back. Refs really blew it.

ugliest game of the tournament so far but glad to see Pitt go down quicker than that stripper

I've had brackets busted worse in previous years but so far this year is my favorite start to the tourney ( when st johns isn't in it ) with these upsets

Bye Bye Huggins in a Stone Cold Stunner !!!!

SFA's Thomas Walkup put on an incredible show. And to think I'd never even heard of him before.

Go Michigan!

P.S. Xavier off to a good start.

I thought the school was named after the wrestler :)

SF Austin coach will get a bigger job this year.

If I hit the lottery tonight I'll kick in for us to hire him as co-associate coach. He's a flat-out winner. And he'd surely help our defense.
