True, sad and inevitable. And I may be very wrong that there are enough good players around to sustain the “lesser” conferences, including the BE. I certainly hope not, but as great a year as the Johnnies had, they lost to all three just decent to good power schools they played. Certainly can’t read too much into that, but still, that is the fact.
 
It is what it is, but w all the transfer mania, not sitting out a year, those Dance “Cinderella” upsets will be far less frequent and make the event less appealing. Mid Major programs are getting creamed.

For starters, let kids transfer once in total, even if it is immediate playing at next spot. Also, if coaches leaves, free up the kids he just recruited to go elsewhere.

My favorite sport is canabalizing itself.
