NCAA T Officially Cancelled

When hopefully this all settles down in May is there any chance Nike / ESPN / Fox runs a tournament in June made up of club teams of the college players on a volunteer basis? Stay away from the NCCA and University Boards. Run it is as a charity. It is far from perfect and does not beat the NCAA tournament, but it could generate a lot of interest and would beat watching the million dollar tournament that has become popular. Players would not be paid, but would be insured and sponsors would pick up the travel cost.

New Balance and Nike have run these type of amateur events in XC and Track and Field at the high school level for years.

Our team could take the name "Redmen"
