NC Mini-Bash #6

I've been to Big Ed's and Beasley's many times. Lawmanfan apparently knows good eats. Come visit and I'll take you to Bullock's
Not a southern barbecue fan in the least even after being down here for 13 years. Give me a NY shell steak, loin lamb chop or salmon steak on the grill and I’ll take it over that stringy pork “barb - be - q” any time and every time but that’s just me.

Haha. I actually love North Carolina, just not a real big fan of southern barbecue plus my wife won't even try it so we never go near barbecue restaurants. Having said that, I do love smoking baby back ribs on my Big Green Egg.
You have redeemed yourself. I have the large version of the Weber Smoky Mountain (the smaller previous version gave its last full measure of devotion and had to be replaced with a larger version because of course it had to be the larger version).

Alumni Hall you lost me at "pellet." Hopefully not also electric.

I should be less reflexively judgmental - at least when it comes to my SJU brethren.

My apologies, gentlemen - you are all studs.

If you hate the pellets you're really going to hate the smoking box I drop into my Napoleon grill. ;)

Though I do use wood, not pellets.

on the other hand, there are definitely times when it is appropriate to be reflexively judgmental :ROFLMAO: 😇
