Minko on DL

Get well soon, Mink!

Chatted with him as I exited MSG this year. He carried a brief case that had to be at least three decades old. Really nice guy. His comment to me was "St. John's has talent. Just not enough of it".

Too bad for the Mink man. That is a tough injury. I ruptured my Achilles several years ago. Generally 8 weeks non weight bearing. Maybe a year before you walk comfortably. Of course, physical therapy is needed but expensive. The older you are the longer it takes. I wish him luck.

I left out, the injury requires surgery. Painful as hell. I have a feeling he'll miss some work.
